Every family goes through difficult seasons, but no parent should have to walk through crisis alone. Safe Families for Children provides a compassionate network of volunteer families to temporarily host children while their parents get the help they need to regain stability.
By volunteering as a Host Family, Family Friend, or Family Coach, you can surround struggling families with practical support and loving community. Your household gets to play a direct role in keeping children safe and families unified during tough times. Since 2011, this movement has impacted thousands across Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Washington counties through the caring service of over 200 volunteer families, 75+ Host Families, 19+ partner churches and partnering with many local agencies and non-profits
